Your club level is a key factor in selecting the appropriate events that align with your skill and experience. This ensures that everyone can compete at a level that suits them best. To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all participants, we kindly ask you to determine your club level by following the steps below:
● Visit the Kamloops Pickleball Club website.
● Navigate to the “Member List” section.
● Enter your name to access your club-level information.
Once you've identified your club level, please use this information to choose the events that best reflect your abilities. This not only enhances the overall competitiveness of the game but also promotes a sense of camaraderie within our community.
We appreciate your cooperation in making the Kamloops Pickleball Club events inclusive and enjoyable for all members. If you encounter any issues or have questions regarding your club level, feel free to reach out to our dedicated support team.

Court Etiquette
You've got your paddle, your water bottle, and your energy; but don't forget your manners!
Fair play and sportsmanship are keys to success and enjoyment in any sport. To ensure smooth sailing on the pickleball courts, Kamloops Pickleball Club requests the following from those who play:
» If people are waiting, please play your game to 11. Once your game is complete, yell “Court!” so people waiting knows it is their turn to play. If you are going to continue to play, please place your paddle in the paddle queue.
Indoor Play payment and cancellation policy - for use on the Love Our Club platform (LOC)
● Members will receive a refund to their tab in the event of a cancellation as follows.
o If a member cancels outside of 24 hours, they will receive a full refund to their LOC Tab.
o If a member cancels the day of their booking or registered time slot, no refund will be issued.
● Refunds will be made to a member’s tab only and not to their credit card.
● Refunds are processed to a members tab balance. Payments for any LOC events or bookings will come from the tab first, then the member credit card*
● Tab payments will NOT be reimbursed to the member
● These policies are in effect November 28, 2022, no exceptions - updated November 2023
- VENUES and Costs -
Remember to make sure you add all names of people playing within 24 hours of play when booking a reservable court.
– 6 Indoor bookable courts.
– Allotted time at TRU gym enables us to: book courts, have drop-in, and give opportunities for coaching and drills.
– Play is on gym surface using badminton court lines.
– Drop-in play is done through the event calendar in Love Our Club 6 days before at 8 am.
– Court bookings are done through the LOC booking calendar 8 days before at 9 pm.
– Washrooms: Yes.
– For safety and club liability reasons, only paid club members can be on the TRU floor during play times.
– Costs: $5.50 for drop-in, $22 to book a court.

Remember to make sure you add all names of people playing within 24 hours of play when booking a reservable court.
– 6 outdoor tennis courts with pickleball lines covered by a bubble.
– Working members will have priority to reserve courts on Sundays 12:15-2:45. Working members will have until Thursday at midnight to book their court prior to the Sunday play. This booking is done through the booking calendar in Love Our Club.
– Friday evening play - 7:15 - 9:30 pm on reservable courts. Up to 6 members per booking. This will not be counted towards your maximum of 2 bookings.
– Court bookings are $40.00/court – 6 members allowed per court, per booking.
– Allotted KPC times are from 12:15 to 2:45 on Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, & Sun.
– Play on tennis courts using pickleball court lines.
– Drop-in play by level at KTA is (12:15 to 2:45 on Mon, Tue, Thu, & Fri for $8/drop-in) and is done through the event calendar in Love Our Club.
– Members are restricted to two bookings per week. (Week is from Monday to Sunday.) **If the morning of play a member sees a spot open within their skill level, they can sign up to play. This will not count towards their maximum booking.
– Washrooms: Yes, in clubhouse.
– Sessions available to paid KPC Members only.
– Costs: $8.00 for drop-in.

– 4 Indoor bookable courts.
– Play on gym surface using badminton court lines.
– Monday and Wednesday mornings (9:00-11:00 - $26.25/court)
– All TCC bookings are done through the booking calendar in Love Our Club 8 days before at 9 pm.
– Members are restricted to one booking per week. (Week is from Monday to Sunday.)
– Washrooms: Yes.
– Sessions available to paid KPC Members only.
– Costs: $26.25 to book a court.
Remember to make sure you add all names of people playing within 24 hours of play when booking a reservable court.
– Play on gym surface with badminton lines.
– Monday and Wednesday evenings (8:00p-9:30p - $16.00/court)
– All bookings are done through the booking calendar in Love Our Club 8 days before at 9pm.
– Members are restricted to one booking per week. (Week is from Monday to Sunday.)
– Washrooms: Yes.
– Sessions available to paid KPC Members only.
– Costs: $16.00 to book a court.
– Access gym through the West doors beside the lower parking lot. If doors are locked, go to the East gym and gain access that way. The nets are stored in the storage area below the stairs in the West gym. A custodian can give you access. Check your booking confirmation email for contact number.
